Donations

The East Brunswick Rescue Squad is 100 percent volunteer and relies solely on the generosity of donors. We do NOT collect taxes, but exist entirely on donations and the return we get from our annual fund drive.

We now provide you with a secure online place to submit donations by using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card. You can also mail your check or money order to the address found here.

As we are a 501(c)(3) organization, all donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

We thank you in advance for your donation.

Our new site design is dedicated to East Brunswick Rescue Squad 2004 President Fred Goldberg, who was tragically killed in a car accident on December 23rd, 2004. Fred's countless contributions to the squad will not be forgotten.
Press Room

Welcome to the official web site of the East Brunswick Rescue Squad. We thank you for your interest and invite you to view all the pages of this site to learn who we are and what we do.

The East Brunswick Rescue Squad is a fully volunteer emergency services organization dedicated to assisting the residents of East Brunswick. We are a driven organization as our members strive to treat every patient as we would want our own families and loved ones treated in an emergency. Last year we responded to more than 1,900 emergency 911 calls for assistance. The Rescue Squad is also involved in other services that benefit our community besides emergency response. We participate in many of the other township's events and celebrations, such as sporting events, community fairs, and flu clinics. We promote first aid awareness in our community by offering classes on various health and safety topics to residents.

Please note that our town's rescue squad depends solely on your donations. You may be surprised to learn that New Jersey volunteer ambulance and rescue squads do not get direct support from property taxes. We completely rely on contributions from local township residents and businesses for survival. These are trying economic times for us all, but please contribute what you can to your rescue squad so we may continue to be there in your or your family's time of need.

Sincerely,

John Hosie, Captain
